Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in French and English - both written and spoken
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

  • Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload)
