Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior regional leadership and/or general management experience within enterprise software
  • P&C insurance core systems or InsurTech background strongly preferred
  • Proven success selling enterprise-scale P&C core platforms (Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating, Digital) across EMEA
  • Direct experience selling and managing competitive engagements in the region
  • Mastery of long-cycle, consultative enterprise sales involving multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • Clear track record of exceeding annual and quarterly sales and bookings targets
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling enterprise sales organizations across multiple EMEA geographies
  • Strong ability to position cloud-first, SaaS architectures against competitor offerings and legacy platforms
  • Well-established credibility with C-suite executives as a trusted advisor on modernization and digital transformation
  • Strong business, financial, and emotional intelligence, with sound judgment and decision-making capability
