Bookkeeper
Kisha Immigration Inc.
• Record and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. • Reconcile bank and credit card statements. • Maintain accurate financial records with confidentiality and precision. • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Ensure compliance with Canadian tax regulations and assist in tax filings. • Collaborate with the CEO and internal team to optimize financial operations. • Process payroll and manage expense reimbursements. • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. • Handle invoicing and payment processing. • Implement and maintain effective bookkeeping procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, ZohoBooks, and or other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Nigerian tax regulations is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
