• Lead industrialization and production support projects focused on turbine airfoil coatings technology for current and future engine designs, from coating process development to inspection technology • Become a certifying agent for turbine airfoil coating special processes through in-depth training and hands-on learning to build expertise in coating requirements, materials, processes and equipment • Provide technical assistance and collaborate with suppliers to solve production coating issues utilizing a variety of problem-solving methods to experiment, determine root cause and implement corrective actions • Work with Quality, Delivery and Sourcing teams to track Supplier KPIs and create continuous improvement projects for coating quality, delivery and cost • Create and maintain action plans for cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes on time • Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments to leadership and coordinate tasks necessary to overcome issues • Be disciplined, technical, curious, self-motivated, and able to form and maintain strong professional relationships

• Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation of linear accelerators and imaging systems • Check out and approve operational quality of system equipment • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system • Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects • Interprets customers’ needs and assists in and facilitates resolution regardless of whose job the responsibility falls under • Install and upgrade equipment according to technical documentation and company guidelines to ensure that customer’s equipment operates properly • Demonstrate to customer equipment operation and specification according to Customer Acceptance Procedure (CAP) • Advise customers in ordering spare parts and on service requests • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and safety according to VMS guidelines and customer regulations • Perform parts inventory and ordering for assigned installation • Maintain technical documentation regarding operating characteristics, design factors, technical performance and development of products • Report regularly to ensure accurate company statistical data on customer-oriented activities • Complete all required installation documentation for data tracking purposes • Use prescribed problem-resolution escalation procedures and request technical assistance when necessary

• Embed with enterprise customers to optimize CoLab usage—especially AutoReview • Investigate and solve complex engineering data and integration challenges across PLM, design, and feedback systems • Partner with a cross functional team to test and implement new CoLab workflows inside customer environments • Collaborate with product teams to identify feature gaps, improve capabilities, and refine AutoReview • Build technical documentation, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks based on successful projects • Provide mechanical engineering expertise to validate AI-generated results and ensure engineering rigor • Contribute to CoLab’s strategic partnership program by helping drive wins with top-tier customers
