• Audit 3rd party electrical work. • Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including installation reports and testing results. • Install and wire electrical systems for parcel locker units, including power supply and network connections. • Follow survey documents and technical specifications to ensure the proper installation of electrical components. • Provide daily guidance and technical support to third party contractors. • Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs as needed to ensure all systems are functioning correctly. • Ensure compliance with all local electrical and safety regulations. • Work with team members to ensure timely and efficient installation or audits of 3rd party contractors. • Conduct system tests to verify electrical connections, ensuring all locker systems are operational. • Provide support for ongoing maintenance and any electrical repairs post-installation. • Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are safely used and maintained.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Electrician to at least Level 3, preferably NVQ.
- Testing experience.
- Proven experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Familiar with electrical wiring systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of local and national electrical codes.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.

Qualifications - A minimum of 5 years of relevant electrical engineering and/or field-testing experience with minimum of 5 years in providing building commissioning and/or construction QA/QC and Commissioning field services. - An engineering or technical degree from an ABET accredited program is preferred. - Possess a Commissioning Professional certification from a recognized industry authority. - Prof Eng/PE or PMP designation is considered a strong asset for this role, but not required. - Ability to use electrical testing meters and equipment and analyze and report on test results including Power Quality Meters (PQM), thermography, NETA tests, ground tests, hi-pot, megger, etc. - Knowledge and experience in testing Utility transformers, UPS systems, generators and associated automated paralleling switchgear, ATSs and STSs, Fuel Oil systems, PDUs, EPMS, and other electrical power generation and distribution systems. - Strong data management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple project schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and report against contractor (and other third party) schedule updates. - Experience working in a consultancy or owner organization is an asset.
