• Work with the Customer Success team to understand the customer journey, identify risk signals and opportunities for retention and revenue. • Translate analyses and customer base insights into practical, repeatable actions. • Use automation tools and AI assistants to scale and increase the efficiency of campaigns. • Monitor engagement, retention and churn metrics, performing continuous testing and optimization of campaigns. • Analyze the customer base to identify behavior patterns, segmentations and opportunities for engagement or proactive intervention. • Design and implement retention and engagement campaigns at different stages of the customer journey. • Structure scalable retention and churn-prevention processes and playbooks. • Collaborate with areas such as Sales, Marketing, Product and RevOps to ensure consistency in customer relationship initiatives.

Maintains strong depth of knowledge in the practice area. • Collaborate with project managers, quality management, sales and other delivery team members to drive customer satisfaction and meet project deliverables. • Establish account relationships and identifies upsell and cross sell opportunities and escalates to sales. • Travel 25-50% • Ability to be successful when working remotely.
