Implementation Specialist

Jonas Software

• Manage new customer implementations from kickoff through launch. • Serve as the primary point of contact for club leadership during onboarding. • Establish clear timelines and guide clients step by step through the process. • Work closely with club executives, accounting teams, and IT contacts to ensure a smooth and successful rollout. • Integrate client data from Jonas Club Software systems into MetricsFirst dashboards. • Configure and organize financial and operational data so it displays clearly and accurately. • Review financial reports and reconcile numbers to ensure dashboards align with official statements. • Partner with client IT teams and vendors to support system connections, with internal support as needed. • Test dashboards before launch to confirm accuracy and clarity. • Host engaging training sessions for senior management and executive teams. • Teach clients how to navigate dashboards and interpret their data with confidence. • Help leadership teams understand how analytics can support better decision making. • Encourage adoption by demonstrating the practical value of data visibility.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in implementation, consulting, accounting, finance, analytics, or a client-facing business role.
  • Comfort working with financial reports and understanding how numbers connect.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to leadership teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A client-focused mindset and a desire to build strong professional relationships.
