Product Manager – Developer Experience
Pantheon Platform
• Own the Developer Workflow Roadmap • Define and prioritize features that reduce time-to-first-commit and improve ongoing developer productivity • Conduct market research and gather feedback to understand developer needs, pain points, and workflows • Develop a roadmap that balances immediate improvements with longer-term investments in developer experience • Align priorities with company objectives and coordinate with adjacent product areas (Platform, Preview & Portfolio) • Drive improvements to our GitHub integration and expand support for external version control systems • Collaborate with engineering to enhance our CLI (Terminus), API, and build systems • Identify opportunities to improve local development environments and reduce reliance on full build loops • Engage directly with developers to understand how they work and what slows them down • Collaborate with User Research to conduct interviews, surveys, and usability studies • Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into clear product requirements • Use insights to iterate on features and continuously improve the developer experience • Work closely with engineering, design, and developer relations to ship high-quality features • Partner with customer support to identify pain points and resolve developer issues • Communicate product updates and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders • Coordinate with adjacent teams (Platform, Preview & Portfolio) on shared dependencies and integrations
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS product management experience
- Deep familiarity with Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review processes
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and how code moves from commit to deploy
- Experience with developer tools products (CLIs, APIs, SDKs, or similar)
- Familiarity with Next.js or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage meaningfully in architectural discussions
- Excellent written communication skills—you can write clear specs, async updates, and documentation
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, balanced with strong product intuition
- Genuine curiosity about how developers work and passion for improving their experience.

• Establish Cyara as a category leader in AI Trust and AI assurance through original technical insights and frameworks. • Publish technical papers, blogs, and industry viewpoints on topics such as AI testing frameworks, LLM and agentic AI evaluation, AI reliability and governance, CX observability for AI systems. • Represent Cyara as a technical thought leader at technical conferences and panels. • Translate complex platform capabilities into clear technical narratives for developers, architects, and technical decision-makers. • Deliver deep technical demos, workshops, and architecture sessions with enterprise customers and partners. • Engage with developers, AI engineers, and platform architects building conversational AI and CX platforms. • Produce technical content including blogs, technical deep dives, architecture guides, demo applications. • Provide structured feedback from customers, partners, and developers to influence product roadmap and developer experience. • Support Sales Engineering, Partners, and Customer Success with deep technical expertise.
Senior Developer Relations Manager – CSP

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in your designated CSPs partners, with multi-functional role to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies. • Create strong relationship with developer communities at CSPs. • Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating groundbreaking solutions that integrate the core NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines. • Advise on the technical enablement resources—such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools to highlight the application of technologies in solving real-world problems and/with CSPs and their software stack. • Guide partners and startups through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA’s programs, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions. • Map, track, and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies. • Collaborate multi-functionally with CSE (Cloud Sales Enablement) teams in EMEA & WW, solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies. • Engage with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify goals, solve technical challenges, and promote best practices for successful integrations. • Represent and advocate for the partner technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps. • Develop, build and deliver workshops and bootcamps for Tier 1 CSP events and World AI tours focusing our CSP developer communities.
