• Execute regional sales plans and achieve or exceed quotas in line with business objectives. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region. • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers. • Provide training, support, and performance management for distributors to ensure effective product sales. • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities. • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and submit reports to management. • Develop and manage regional sales budgets. • Gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, and industry trends to adjust sales strategies. • Collaborate with product strategy teams including product management, marketing, and business development to align offerings with customer needs and market conditions. • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
- Education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a regional sales manager or similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales software and tools preferred.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
- Negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Familiarity with the HVAC industry is an asset.
- Organizational and time management skills required.
- Previous experience with quality control and process improvement preferred.
- Technical skills required for computers and tablets.
- Able to work proficiently in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently.
