• Collaborate across product, engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery of payment solutions. • Producing high-quality, unambiguous requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications) that enable efficient and accurate engineering delivery. • Translate product vision into actionable requirements. Collaborating with Europe, US and Platform teams when required. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the full UK product suite, offering guidance and clarity to both internal teams and external stakeholders. • Analyse the impact of product changes across customer, operational, and regulatory dimensions, ensuring all edge cases and failure scenarios are understood and addressed. • Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end payments architecture, including scheme interactions, processing flows, and platform dependencies, to inform solution design and impact analysis. • Awareness and tracking of the evolving UK payments landscape and its impact on Form3’s UK product suite. • Identify, assess, and manage functional and non-functional risks, ensuring solutions meet high standards of resilience, scalability, and regulatory compliance. • Ensure all requirements and solutions align with scheme rules, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience (5–8+ years) as a Business Analyst in payments or financial services
- Deep knowledge of UK payment schemes and e2e payments processing (FPS & Bacs)
- Understanding of the current and future UK payments landscape and key trends
- Experience translating complex requirements into clear, testable specifications
- Strong understanding of regulatory and scheme requirements (e.g. Pay.UK scheme rules)
- Experience working on high-availability / mission-critical systems
- Proven ability to identify risks, dependencies, and edge cases

POSITION OVERVIEW The Quality Operations Management unit within the NBME's Operations Management department, a division of NBME's Assessment Operations group, is currently seeking a Quality Operations Analyst to provide leadership in developing data analytics to inform business decisions, performing quality operation research to mitigate customer impacts, and driving continuous improvement. This role has been designated as primarily remote, meaning it requires little to no onsite attendance. While this role can be designated as remote, you are offered the flexibility to select if you prefer to work primarily remotely, hybrid, or onsite.
