Field Service Engineer

• Always follow all workplace procedures correctly, including Health and Safety rules and technician procedures. • Capture correct client data and make updates to jobs in "real-time". • Provide accurate and detailed reports on every site visit. • Order parts via our central database and maintain van stock levels. • Uphold the condition of the company vehicle to an extremely high standard. • Liaising with sales colleagues to deliver equipment to customers sites. • Maintain demonstration machines after use. • Can speak clear and confidently to groups of people when installing and training on equipment.

  • A strong understanding of industrial cleaning equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of machines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Analyse problems and develop effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to pay close attention to detail, ensuring that all repairs and maintenance work are completed to a high standard.
