Resident Field Service Technician
ABB
• Deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. • Execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. • Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points. • Performing field service tasks, preventative maintenance, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform. • Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. • Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree with 5+ years in field service, preventative maintenance, etc…, or HS diploma with 7+ years of experience.
- Experience working with DCS/QCS systems.
- PLC and networking experience.
- Mechanically inclined with some experience in electrical, basic tools, etc.
- Must be available for on-call 24/7 if needed.

The Field Care Coordinator will be the primary care manager for a panel of members with low-to-medium complexity medical/behavioral needs. Care coordination activities will focus on supporting member's medical, behavioral, and socioeconomic needs to promote appropriate utilization of services and improved quality of care. This position is full - time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 - hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am to 5pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. This position is a field - based position with a home - based office. You will work from home when not in the field. If you are located in or within close, commutable driving distance to Alamogordo or Ruidoso, NM, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
