Manager, Technical Consulting

Cority

• Lead a team of Technical Consultants responsible for implementing Cority SaaS solution to our global customer base • Guide the delivery of technical services adhering to best Cority practices. • Oversee resource management for direct reports, project delivery and operational success metrics. • Cultivate and maintain a strong team culture where team members feel valued, engaged, and have clear career growth paths including continual learning plans. • Monitor project implementations to ensure the successful completion of customer engagements with high degree of customer satisfaction. • Assist resolve project issues and be an escalation point for team members and clients. • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new team members • Support the Director of Technical Services for financial goals and metrics, including bookings, revenue, margin, and utilization. • Assist Sales to define scope, deliverables, effort, and project timelines for SOWs. • Help scaling global service operations (i.e., people, process, systems, and tools) to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while building and monitoring effective and efficient delivery methodologies. • Work collaboratively with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and other departments to drive innovation and evolve Cority’s offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Technical education such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
  • Working Knowledge of technical tools such as Relational Database Management Tools (SQL or Oracle), Web Service Utilities (using SOAP or REST API’s), SSO Platforms (ADFS, Shibboleth, Ping Federate, etc).
  • Must be able to understand and communicate the role of technology in the delivery of SaaS based solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading high performing teams with accountability for utilization of direct reports to meet departmental objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of consultants delivering multiple and concurrent projects of varying sizes.
  • Experience managing technical resources and supporting the development of technical and client facing skill sets, including resource growth plans, training objectives and succession strategies.
  • Understanding of product and project lifecycles and demonstrated ability to navigate both in assessing critical project paths to ensure project delivery is completed within the current scope.
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have excellent consulting skills and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to mentor team members and resolve conflicts considered a strong asset.
  • May be required to Travel.

As an EM, you will own all phases of the program execution process for designing, configuring, and expanding OfferFit by Braze use cases. Ideal EMs should be passionate about technical program delivery, process engineering, defining strategy, and championing best practices in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment. Finally, EMs should be experts in developing relationships with customer stakeholders, as such relationships are critical for ensuring program success. Responsibilities: As a Machine Learning Engagement Manager, you'll be at the forefront of deploying OfferFit by Braze’s AI decisioning solutions for marketers in a wide range of industries. Your role is a blend of tactical leadership, technical expertise, and proactive client management. Key responsibilities include: - Lead the AI Deployment Lifecycle: You'll own the entire deployment process from start to finish. This includes leading the initial use case design, defining the engagement’s operating model, managing the technical setup, and overseeing the final user acceptance testing (UAT) - Facilitate Technical Workshops: You will lead hands-on workshops with customers to align on key objectives, technical specs, model configuration, and optimal integration architecture - Drive successful customer engagements: You'll be the main point of contact for our customers throughout the AI deployment process. You'll keep projects on track by managing customer deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing risks, and providing clear, consistent communication to all stakeholders, including senior leadership - Drive Process Improvement: You will champion project management excellence by continuously improving our standardized AI deployment playbook.
