• Design a repeatable, scalable education program in support of learning objectives and outcomes for Cority’s revenue team. • Work with internal cross-functional teams to design and develop curriculum and enablement materials to support training and enablement programs • Develop and manage an onboarding and training schedule • Track and measure sales performance and progress, as well as report and present relevant data back to sales management. • Create playbooks for the different revenue teams and operational documentation for training and onboarding • Partner with HR to ensure clear and effective communication on new hire start dates and onboarding periods • Develop surveys and collect feedback to help determine strengths and areas of opportunity within the program • Support on-going training initiatives by developing content, and delivering training sessions • Identify training tools, platforms, and new resources to improve program productivity and effectiveness
Job Requirements
- University or College Degree in Business, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in instructional design
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player, willing to share ideas and information with peers and business leaders
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Demonstrated understanding of technical training best practices
- Knowledge of learning management solutions
- Understanding of training best practices for SaaS / software
- Experience in EHSQ is an asset.

Specific tasks and responsibilities may include: - Support and promote best grants management practices and internal controls. - Serve as an administrative contact to grant applicants, recipients, and NOAA officials for matters related to funding announcements and awards. - Coordinate development of a grants plan. - Generate reports on status, delinquencies, and other related grants status reports. - Support requests for applications, applications, and awards; coordinate with and assist federal program officer(s) on inherently governmental grant activities. - Participate, lead, and report on grant related meetings or briefings. - Serve as the OCM point of contact and office-wide coordinator for current and planned agreements. - Develop and maintain an Annual Agreements Plan that tracks the status of all agreements in real-time. - Provide technical assistance to OCM federal managers and staff in developing various types of funded and unfunded agreements to ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements. - Prepare, submit, and facilitate the processing of agreement packages through the administrative review, legal clearance, and allotment processes. - Collect information and data and assist with the preparation of data call responses. - Coordinate with Budget Execution personnel on the receipt of incoming funds for grants and agreements to ensure funds received are obligated and expended in accordance with the regulations, appropriations, and policies. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - 3-6+ years of relevant professional experience in related business field. - Experience with Federal funding assistance, Federal grants and Interagency agreements. - Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google workspace/Google Suite applications. - Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to work in a small team environment with minimal direct day-to-day supervision or oversight. - Experience working with, for and/or supporting high level management. - Ability to keep data confidential and secured is required. - Ability to create, update, and follow standard operating procedures and guidance documentation. - Ability to pass a National Agency Check and fingerprinting background check and maintain it through the duration of employment. • Reporting to the Manager, Technical Projects, Learning and Development, the Specialist designs and delivers structured learning programs and training initiatives that align with organizational priorities. • The Specialist manages multiple concurrent projects, producing high-quality training materials and job aids that support enterprise initiatives across Doctors of BC. • Embedded within technical project rollouts, the Specialist identifies training impacts early and ensures user-readiness activities are effectively planned and executed. • Working closely with project teams, Technology and Digital Transformation, and the Project Management and Change Leadership Office, the Specialist develops enablement strategies and implementation plans that support successful adoption. • In partnership with internal stakeholders, the Specialist co-develops clear, user-centred process guides and training materials that translate system and workflow changes into practical application.
• Train clients on the use of the features and functions of the service. • Establish rapport; gain and maintain credibility with diverse audiences. • Reporting software improvements and enhancements to software engineers. • Help our clients adopt best practices in using our solution to manage their practice. • You must be technically savvy with the ability to easily learn new software. • Managing time effectively with minimal supervision to accurately scope projects and ensure that practices are trained on time. • Responsible for training clients on medical software using classroom, remote, on-the-job, and blended training techniques. • Manages the client training schedule and the workflow of the practice and coordinates with project managers and administrators to properly execute the training for all staff. • Collaborate with the Training, Support, and Product departments to address training materials, programs, and client launch practices. • Record details of client feedback through the training process. • Responsible for contributing to the creation of training resource material. • Maintain certification of 80% or higher on all application material and quizzes.
