• Own and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. • Build a content engine that drives awareness, engagement, and participation. • Lead the creation of high-impact, social-first content, with a strong focus on short-form video. • Build and nurture an engaged, loyal, and high-energy community. • Track and analyse social performance, engagement, and growth metrics. • Work with athletes, creators, and fitness influencers to amplify reach and credibility. • Work closely with marketing, events, and production teams to align campaigns and messaging.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or creator.
  • Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Experience capturing and creating content in live environments or events.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and optimise content strategy accordingly.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, or brand ambassadors.
