• Create and implement a social media plan to promote the work of Beyond Plastics. • Drive broader awareness, inspire grassroots advocacy, and increase financial support and volunteerism. • Lead the creation and co-authoring of compelling social media content for all platforms. • Support fundraising campaigns in consultation with the Development team. • Manage community interaction and actively engage with followers across all platforms. • Track, analyze, and communicate social media metrics and analytics monthly.

• Serve as the President’s primary point of contact • Manage a complex calendar for the President • Manage the President’s accountabilities regarding book promotion • Support the Managing Director’s work related to the President’s schedule • Support hosting Zoom meetings, data entry, and small events • Take notes in weekly staff meetings • Process credit card statements • Support staff reimbursements • Troubleshoot technical issues • Handle mailings for the President • Assist with on-site logistics for lobbying events • Assist with planning virtual and in-person meetings
