Role Description The day to day: - Leading the development of annual budget and trade spend strategy for key accounts (Ahold, Market Basket, Weis). - Managing monthly, quarterly, bi-annual meetings with each customer to review the state of the business, present new items, conduct line reviews, and customized promotional calendars (Identifying gaps/opportunities/risks and provide action plans for improvements). - Develop business plans and sales strategies to ensure sales goals and objectives. - Providing excellent merchandising and category recommendations to support sales growth. - Building and execution of an omni-channel strategy. - Creating and understanding promotional budgets and activities. - Inputting forecasted base and incremental sales volume by SKU for direct accounts. - Trade fund management and forecasting. - Maintaining and using data analysis tools (Spins/IRI/Nielsen). Qualifications - Head office experience with the clients listed is required. - This is a remote role - with preference for talent in Central USA. Requirements - 25 - 30% travel is anticipated. Benefits - This opportunity will pay around $145,000 - $155,000 with a 20% bonus. - We offer great benefits and a $500/month car allowance.
