In this role, you will… - Confirm coverage and manage claims and suits brought against accounts. - Interpret, analyze, and resolve coverage issues. - Select and appoint legal counsel. - Manage litigation with outside counsel and accounts. - Manage litigation costs, incl. fees and expenses. - Post timely and accurate Loss and ALE reserves. - Resolve cases via dismissal, settlement or trial. - Negotiate case resolutions. - Provide service to insureds and assist in sales and account retention efforts. - Conduct claim audits of self-insured accounts and TPAs. - Perform other activities required of a claims professional. We are looking for candidates with… - Minimum of five years of claim experience with hospital excess (re)insurance professional liability and other liability claims. • Expand existing Dynatrace Gen3 deployment to incorporate use cases • Act as a Dynatrace subject matter expert, combining product expertise with practical consulting experience • Partner with customers to understand business and technical objectives and translate them into effective Dynatrace implementations • Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain Dynatrace environments • Support customer adoption of Dynatrace Gen3 AI capabilities • Help customers leverage AI-powered analytics to reduce noise, accelerate root cause analysis, and improve operational efficiency • Educate customers on emerging AI-driven observability capabilities • Onboard applications and services into Dynatrace and ensure effective monitoring of critical business systems • Analyze performance, logs, traces, and metrics to troubleshoot and optimize applications • Support Grail adoption, including log management onboarding and migration to Dynatrace-native analytics • Collaborate closely with application, infrastructure, and platform teams to drive adoption throughout the application lifecycle • Mentor and train customers on Dynatrace best practices and operational maturity

• Custom needs analysis: Identifying and analyzing the individual requirements of our customers. • Presentation of IT concepts: Preparing and delivering presentations and coordinating customer meetings. • Ongoing consultancy: Supporting customers during the implementation phase and providing continuous support via Microsoft Teams. • Customer relationship management: Maintaining customer relationships even after project completion. • Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for planning and coordinating customer projects. • Project coordination: Organizing and overseeing projects and installations. • (Process) Analytics: Conducting detailed analyses to optimize business processes. • IT concepts: Designing and developing IT concepts and overseeing their implementation. • Training and workshops: Delivering trainings and workshops for customers, including preparation and follow-up. • Creation of training materials: Developing and continuously improving training materials and self-study resources. • Sales support: Passing on relevant customer information to support the sales team.

• As a Functional Consultant you will utilize your experience, process knowledge and Ivalua product configuration possibilities. • Demonstrate Source to Contract and/or Procure to Pay knowledge with deep hands on consulting background around Procurement transformation in SaaS and ERP implementations. • Act as a Stream lead responsible for Mobilization and Design project phase. • Consult clients with complex business problems in Sourcing and Procurement. • Determine client needs and turn them into a logical business model through the Ivalua Platform. • Lead and document design workshops with the client, ensuring design matches Ivalua Platform capabilities. • Advise clients on alternative solutions and functionalities that fit their business requirements. • Ensure Ivalua Platform usability in line with client requirements and company best practices. • Interact and align with senior client stakeholders, including executive sponsors and decision makers. • Internally, help grow the Procurement Transformation practice including marketing strategy, partner development, content development and proposal development.
