Functional Consultant
Avomind
• As a Functional Consultant you will utilize your experience, process knowledge and Ivalua product configuration possibilities. • Demonstrate Source to Contract and/or Procure to Pay knowledge with deep hands on consulting background around Procurement transformation in SaaS and ERP implementations. • Act as a Stream lead responsible for Mobilization and Design project phase. • Consult clients with complex business problems in Sourcing and Procurement. • Determine client needs and turn them into a logical business model through the Ivalua Platform. • Lead and document design workshops with the client, ensuring design matches Ivalua Platform capabilities. • Advise clients on alternative solutions and functionalities that fit their business requirements. • Ensure Ivalua Platform usability in line with client requirements and company best practices. • Interact and align with senior client stakeholders, including executive sponsors and decision makers. • Internally, help grow the Procurement Transformation practice including marketing strategy, partner development, content development and proposal development.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience and very strong process knowledge within Procurement area.
- Fluent command in German and English both spoken and written.
- Some travel may be necessary (~20%).
- Knowledge and experience deploying eProcurement solutions.
- Ability to do Process GAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Architects.
- Expertise in documenting business requirements into design document.
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness to work with business counterparts globally, strong analytical & problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Critical thinking and leadership skills to be able to negotiate client requirements, identify process improvement opportunities and creating best practices in S2C and P2P processes.
- Ability to operate effectively both autonomously and within an international team.
- Familiar with project management tools.
- Experience in Ivalua system design, including users, org structure, finance data, etc. will be an advantage.
- Experience in Ivalua workflow design to reflect the underlying business processes will be an advantage.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
