Role Description The Outside Sales role is responsible for driving Hard Goods growth across CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, and CO by building strong relationships with sales teams, customer service, merchandising reps, and key account stakeholders. This position combines strategic account planning, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining a 30-day calendar in NetSuite, delivering 10 to 12 customer meetings per week, and partnering with marketing to create programs that support product adoption. You will uncover opportunities through one-on-one sales rep meetings, present new product launches, leverage internal resources to close business, and ensure smooth order flow with inside and outside sales and the decoration team. The role also maintains Primeline’s presence within customer showrooms, manages reporting and CRM updates, and represents the brand at trade shows and events with 50 percent or more travel required.
