Graphic Designer
Bloom
• Creating and managing graphics for the website and e-commerce channels, ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging customer experience. • Designing email blasts, and social media content, including Instagram and TikTok posts, stories, and other dynamic formats, using both static images and motion graphics. • Developing engaging designs using product photos, flat-lays, and lifestyle shots that align with the Poppy & Peonies aesthetic. • Collaborating with the marketing and social media teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns. • Collaboration with design team to create custom prints and packaging. • Staying updated on graphic design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand fresh and relevant. • Managing multiple projects and deliverables, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. • Cropping, editing and resizing launch photography as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing static and motion graphics, particularly for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, and their visual content requirements.
- Skilled at translating brand identity into cohesive and creative visual designs.
- Photography and videography experience (a plus but not required).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative, innovative, and excited to push the boundaries of design in the fashion space.
- Collaborative team player who can brainstorm with others.
- Flexible and can adapt to changing priorities on the go.
