Consultant Conveyancer – Self Employed
PEXA
• Manage your own caseload and clients • Work remotely with full flexibility over your diary • Build and develop your own network • Earn up to 80% of your billings (subject to fee structure) • Operate under the umbrella of a fully regulated and insured firm
Job Requirements
- Have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE (Solicitor, CILEX or CLC Licensed Conveyancer), although strong experience will be considered
- Have an existing client following, or a clear plan to generate work
- Be experienced across the full residential conveyancing process
- Be commercially minded and self-motivated
- Be set up, or willing to set up, as a self-employed consultant
