• Generate and qualify leads. • Nurture prospect relationships. • Negotiate and close deals. • Achieve sales targets. • Ensure customer satisfaction. • Contribute to the development of sales strategies. • Manage CRM systems to maintain accurate sales data. • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align sales and marketing objectives.

Job Requirements

  • A proven track record in sales with experience driving and sustaining revenue, preferably in the genomics or biotechnology space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree, PhD is a plus.
  • Passion for genomics and bioinformatics.
  • A proactive approach to building networks and establishing relationships with clients.
  • Strong independence, work ethic, and problem-solving skills.
  • A can-do attitude with excellent time management and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Exceptional English language skills (C2 preferred, C1 minimum).

Identify risk to renewal or expansion and proactively intervene. • Forecasting & Execution: Maintain an accurate pipeline through disciplined CRM management and forecast new business revenue with precision. Partner with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and global SI partners to influence large-scale digital modernization deals.
