• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope. • Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and outcomes. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs. • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards. • Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success. • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including various pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver solutions. • Track progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies. • Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and map solutions to their needs. • Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with Complexio’s AI capabilities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct regular check-ins, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization. • Align internal teams and external partners on project objectives, ensuring smooth collaboration. • Coordinate with pod leads, tech managers, product, and customer success teams to remove blockers and optimize resource allocation. • Escalate critical issues and dependencies to leadership as needed, providing data-driven recommendations. • Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for efficient execution. • Leverage agile methodologies where applicable, iterating on project deliverables based on feedback. • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation of lessons learned from past projects.
Job Requirements
- Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
- Expertise in managing customer-facing projects, balancing technical execution with business impact.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
- Experience with agile methodologies, Jira, and project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, handling multiple priorities with autonomy.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product and Engineers to explore solutions, define specifications, and continuously communicate project status and needs • Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to manage documentation, workflows, and progress tracking • Ensure project reports are accurate, up-to-date, and shared on time • Provide clear visibility into project progress to leadership and stakeholders, supporting effective decision-making, approvals, and direction • Organise and lead project reviews with key stakeholders to share progress, align on upcoming milestones, facilitate and support decision-making, and proactively mitigate risks. Build and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring effective management of deadlines, deliverables, and project goals • Gain domain expertise and engage relevant subject-matter experts by asking the right questions, prioritization, and timely follow-up to ensure blockers are removed • Leverage past experience to identify improvement opportunities and promote best practices that elevate project performance
• Manage full project lifecycle: from planning and kickoff to delivery and closure. • Requirements management: elicit, analyze, document, and support requirements throughout the project lifecycle. • Align project goals with business and tech teams, and make sure everyone’s on the same page. • Organize day-to-day work in the team: task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups. • Maintain project documentation: roadmaps, status updates, risk logs, etc. • Run regular syncs and planning sessions with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders. • Track progress, identify blockers early, and adjust plans as needed. • Communicate clearly with all sides — keeping stakeholders up to date on status, risks, and changes. • Contribute to improving PM processes and tools inside the PMO.
• Responsible for communications and coordination with key project stakeholders • Collaborates with the Business to provide design inputs and estimates in the preparation of requirements documents • Documents system design and program specification in technical design documents • Writes programs and codes based on approved solution plan documents • Conducts unit testing on written codes to ensure program performance per design at the unit level • Contributes to quality, process and continuous improvement activities across all tasks and deliverables • Coordinates with vendors or conducts its own investigation and resolution of errors reported during SIT and UAT • Performs the above function in compliance with software development lifecycle standards of the company
