Cloud Engineer

• Designing, building, and maintaining internal AI tools and automation that address business needs and continuously improve the efficiency of our people. • Owning the provisioning process for the Cloud Platform tools, aiming to increase repeatability, efficiency & operational availability while ensuring control, policies, and auditing are in place. • Advancing innovation efforts to enable the evolution and continuous improvement of internal AI tooling and platform services. • Maintain a customer-centric approach focusing on user experience while increasing reliability, availability, security, scalability, and supportability of internal services. • Engage with people and teams across tech and other areas of the business to collaborate, support, and gain knowledge and context to evolve and improve value delivery. • Embrace a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Cloud Engineering team, adopting fast prototyping techniques and constantly exploring new ideas.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python: Expert-level building and managing microservices, including designing and consuming RESTful APIs, building workflow automation and implementing test automation frameworks.
  • Agentic AI: Proven experience building AI agents, including delivering internal tools that augment people through automation and intelligent assistance.
  • AWS Experience: Must have deep expertise in AWS services, architecture, and best practices.
  • Advanced Terraform Skills: Should be able to create complex, reusable modules and understand the intricacies of IaC.
  • Deployment Pipelines: Expertise in setting up and maintaining deployment pipelines, preferably in Jenkins.
  • Agile Background: Experience working within an Agile culture, preferably with Scrum or Kanban teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across tech and business teams.
