• Provide architectural leadership for ERP and corporate platforms, defining the target-state architecture across Finance, HR, Procurement, Property, Legal, and enterprise back-office systems. • Own and evolve the ERP and corporate platform roadmap, driving a phased approach that delivers incremental modernisation (e.g. upgrades, automation, optimisation) while shaping longer-term transformation direction. • Define future-state architecture leveraging modern patterns such as SaaS solutions, modular architecture, API-led integration, and event-driven design where appropriate. • Translate business strategy, regulatory requirements, and corporate operating needs into scalable, compliant, and resilient architectures. • Define and govern integration patterns, data flows, and technology constraints across the ERP and corporate ecosystem, including finance (reporting, audit, and controls), HR, payroll, procurement, property, and enterprise reporting systems. • Ensure ERP and corporate platforms support accurate financial reporting, auditability, and regulatory compliance, including statutory and management reporting requirements. • Act as the architectural authority for corporate platforms, providing direction and trade-offs to Finance, HR, Technology, and Executive leadership. • Enable ERP and corporate platforms to support modern operating models, improved automation, and timely business insight, while maintaining strong governance and controls. • Identify and manage architectural risk across scalability, security, compliance, resilience, and long-term maintainability. • Uplift architecture and engineering capability through standards, reference architectures, and decision frameworks, enabling consistent and scalable delivery.

• Champion a shift-left approach to in-sprint testing • Advocate continuous testing approach within the team • Promote consistent usage of test pyramid approach to have effective coverage across various test levels • Guide the team to factor in testing impacts as part of solution design and development • Pursue automation first approach whilst testing any solution • Provide automation best practice solution within the product team and drive continuous improvements in our test automation frameworks • Mentor the wider team members to guide them through the automation journey • Propose path breaking initiatives within testing to help driver faster feedback loop • Work as an embedded tester in an agile cross-functional product team • Identify any potential risks to product quality and plan tests focused on the identified risks • Design and build robust and scalable test automation frameworks for the entire tech stack and develop test automation in accordance with agile test pyramid and industry best practices • Create high quality, maintainable, and performant test code • Manage defects found and work with stakeholders/team to analyse, prioritise and resolve them • Proactively share knowledge and information with others • Mentor team on quality assurance and test automation best practices • Collaborate with business analysts, developers and test on development iterations • Create documentation around the framework, best practices, and learnings • Conduct demos and workshops on Automation for wider RI Tech team

• Designing, building, and maintaining internal AI tools and automation that address business needs and continuously improve the efficiency of our people. • Owning the provisioning process for the Cloud Platform tools, aiming to increase repeatability, efficiency & operational availability while ensuring control, policies, and auditing are in place. • Advancing innovation efforts to enable the evolution and continuous improvement of internal AI tooling and platform services. • Maintain a customer-centric approach focusing on user experience while increasing reliability, availability, security, scalability, and supportability of internal services. • Engage with people and teams across tech and other areas of the business to collaborate, support, and gain knowledge and context to evolve and improve value delivery. • Embrace a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Cloud Engineering team, adopting fast prototyping techniques and constantly exploring new ideas.
