ServiceNow Developer

Symbotic Inc.

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions in alignment with platform architecture and standards • Support end-to-end feature delivery, including development, unit testing, deployment support, and post-release stabilization • Implement enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes based on business and release requirements • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance guidelines • Provide ongoing O&M support to ensure ServiceNow platform stability and availability • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within defined SLAs • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions • Support platform upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements • Provide technical support and guidance to product owners and stakeholders • Collaborate effectively with global teams to coordinate development, testing, and support activities • Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and operational runbooks • Participate in code reviews, defect triage, and release readiness activities

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including custom development and configuration
  • At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRC
  • Strong ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP web services
  • Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and other scripted components of ServiceNow
  • Experience customizing the ServiceNow UI and Service Portal using UI Pages, CMS, CSS, and Service Portal widgets
  • Working knowledge of integrations and data migrations
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow administration settings with deep functional and technical expertise across the platform
  • Experience delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile environment with continuous feedback
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Comfort working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
