STRUCTURAL
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones throughout Ontario. • Oversee condition assessments and implement technology-driven solutions. • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Technologies teams to develop effective solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in construction sales.
- Experience within the mining, industrial, or power markets in Ontario.
- Track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals/quotas utilizing a CRM system.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead key account and sales strategies to close complex deals.
