Business Development Representative
Treant
• Research and identify potential dealer partners in priority U.S. states. • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, online networking, and digital channels. • Deliver compelling sales presentations (via video conferencing and digital tools) highlighting Canadian-made advantage, product innovation, and dealer profitability model. • Negotiate and secure new dealer agreements to expand the U.S. dealer network. • Consistently meet or exceed dealer recruitment and sign-up targets. • Support new dealers remotely with onboarding, including showroom setup guidance, merchandising recommendations, and sales process orientation. • Provide dealer staff with product knowledge, features, competitive advantages, and sales & marketing materials to help them achieve early success. • Conduct online market research to track competitive activity and identify regional growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, dealer recruitment, or B2B sales.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills; comfortable with outbound calling and digital lead generation.
- Hot Tub, Swim Spa, or related wellness industry experience is a major plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently from the Philippines.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills; comfortable with CRM and online sales tools.
