Senior Manager, BDR

• Manage, mentor and measure a team of Sales & Business development representatives to ensure they consistently hit individual and team goals • Collaborate with ABM manager to build a repeatable and scalable account based prospecting motion • Develop and scale an account team motion in collaboration with the revenue leadership team • Set & report on clear weekly and monthly goals and manage performance across leading and lagging indicators • Partner with RevOps to refine performance tracking, forecasting and measurements • Motivate team members to exceed benchmarks and objectives through coaching, team collaboration • Coach reps on high-quality outreach, discovery and qualification with an emphasis on account-aware, personalized engagement aligned to ICP priority targets • Build account research and prospecting automations in collaboration with RevOps manager • Create new personalized sequences for ABM segments, industry verticals and lookalike audiences aligned to active campaigns, messaging themes, and target account priorities defined in partnership with Marketing. • Streamline GTM processes to reduce manual tasks, run broad experiments and improve efficacy of prospecting • Ensure disciplined process adoption, clean data, and reliable reporting across a fully remote team
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of business/sales development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of management experience
- Deep understanding of sales cycles, marketing funnels, buyer personas and GTM strategy
- Hands on experience with sales and marketing software/tools including workflow implementation and automation
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues and create scalable solutions
- Comfort running campaign experimentation, including A/B testing of messaging, sequences and account approaches with a continuous optimization mindset
- Excellent communication and project management skills for cross-functional alignment
- Experience aligning BDR execution to account-based marketing programs preferably across both both 1:few and 1:one
- Ability to leverage data to drive decisions, create systems, and identify process improvements to improve efficiency
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (ie. Salesforce, Sigma, and Google Sheets) and familiarity with email and call automation platforms (Hubspot, Koncert)
- Proven ability to manage and develop a small, but growing, team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance in a fully remote environment
- Role requires proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
