Budget Analyst Location: Helena United States Job Description: The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is recruiting for a Budget Analyst - Fiscal Liaison. Responsible for facilitating the implementation and providing oversight of fiscal plans and program objectives related to state and federal budget projections. Provides guidance to programs for state and federal grant/project obligation and management, contract management, and program execution support. This position is part of a career ladder with career advancement opportunities. This position reports to the Fiscal Liaison & Support Section Supervisor and does not supervise others. The Fiscal Liaison & Support Section is located in the Helena, MT office. This position will be expected to work in office at least 3 days a week, with 2 days a week being optional remote work days.
