Job Title: Business Analyst Job Schedule: Candidate able to work 100% remote; must be able to work/meet as required for early mornings or late evenings on occasion due to this being a global role. Job Overview: We are specifically looking for someone with prior experience in Data Governance and Data Stewardship, as this will be essential for success in the role. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, able to take initiative and deliver results independently. Strong leadership in running effective requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders is a must, as is the ability to take thorough and effective meeting notes. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience minimum is required. Data Governance and Data Stewardship experience is a must. It's important that the candidate is comfortable challenging requirements to uncover the root business needs and can translate those requirements into actionable items. They should be skilled in creating User Specification documentation and managing the review and approval process. Collaboration with the development and validation teams will be key to ensuring business needs are met, and experience with the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable. Data Governance and Data Stewardship experience is a must. Collibra experience is nice to have but not necessarily needed. Role Description We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Shipping Operations team and support IPSY’s monthly subscription execution and logistics functions. In this role, you will complete analyses to plan, review, and improve our monthly subscription distribution. You will also work with internal and external partners to enhance our member’s experience, help drive fulfillment strategy execution across our facilities and further develop internal review and reporting processes. This is a highly visible and collaborative role, where you’ll work closely with our warehouse and distribution partners as well as internal teams, such as Product, Marketing, and Operations. This position reports to the Director of Shipping & International Operations and is a remote role based in Argentina. What You’ll Be Doing: - Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting and forecasting models to improve our monthly subscriptions distribution programs. - Coordinate with IPSY’s warehouses and distribution partners to ensure service-level consistency across different programs. - Develop and implement processes to support scalability. - Identify operational weaknesses and drive innovation. - Support ad-hoc analyses to drive strategic decisions within Operations. - Coordinate with other cross-functional teams to drive IPSY's business agenda.
