• Own and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Copilot) • Drive adoption of M365 Copilot and modern collaboration tools • Lead clear, end-user focused communication for M365 changes and updates • Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance • Partner with business and IT to deliver M365 solutions aligned to needs • Establish standards, documentation, and best practices • Act as escalation point for complex issues and mentor team members • Track usage and adoption to drive continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- 8–10+ years in large, global environments
- Deep experience with Microsoft 365 platform
- Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot or similar tools
- Strong understanding of M365 security and governance
- B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred

• Conduct AOR reviews of facility management processes across European MTFs • Producing flowcharts, Gantt charts, PERT charts, and data analysis reports • Develop, update, and maintain DHA Facility Database records across sites • Assess facility equipment condition, performance, and remaining service life in support of DHA capital planning • Review all data entries with government personnel before final submission • Assist in data alignment for new construction, repair, and alteration projects • Provide recommendations for the DHA Facility Database Implementation Plan following system testing • Coordinate directly with DHA, MTF Facility Managers, and on-site Data Specialists • Produce written trip reports within 5 business days of site visits • Assist DHA HQ and AOR personnel in researching solutions to facilities management issues
• Lead end-to-end Coupa implementations across modules including procurement, invoicing, sourcing, contracts, inventory, and expenses • Configure the Coupa platform (forms, approval workflows, catalogs, cXML, punchout, tax, currency, and chart of accounts structures) • Design and execute data migration strategies (suppliers, COA, open POs, contracts) • Collaborate with ERP and integration teams (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) to define and validate interfaces • Own testing cycles, including unit, integration, and UAT; track and resolve defects • Support post-go-live hypercare, stabilization, and continuous improvement • Lead discovery workshops, document requirements, and perform fit-gap analyses aligned to Coupa best practices • Serve as the primary functional point of contact for clients • Build trusted advisor relationships with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to both working teams and executives • Identify expansion opportunities including additional modules and optimization initiatives • Develop and deliver training, documentation, SOPs, and change management materials • Contribute reusable assets, accelerators, and methodology improvements • Stay current on Coupa releases and translate new capabilities into client value • Support pre-sales efforts including scoping, proposals, and solution demos
