• Recruit, engage, and support youth and adults across a geographic area. • Lead recruitment and retention events and programs, in-person and virtually, across their geographic portfolio. • Meet regularly with Girl Scout volunteers to lead training, help them plan their Girl Scout year, and support the Girl Scout leadership experience in their community. • Reach membership goals for girl and adult membership in the community portfolio. • Designs and implements a comprehensive plan for girl and adult membership growth in geographic portfolio.

• Lead a dispersed team of facility data specialists across the U.S. military’s European healthcare network • Serve as the primary liaison between French Consulting, DHA Program Management, and MTF Facility Managers across all European sites • Submit monthly progress reports and maintain a live open action item list • Develop and execute a comprehensive AOR work plan, tracking milestones, staffing status, and deliverable compliance • Coordinate interim coverage plans when a Data Specialist will be absent more than two weeks • Conduct site visits to European MTFs and provide written trip reports within 5 business days • Provide DHA with non-compliance findings and corrective action plans backed by performance metric analysis • Engage with stakeholders and conduct annual performance evaluations for all Data Specialists in the European AOR • Facilitate performance work sessions with MTF Facility Management staff

• Conduct AOR reviews of facility management processes across European MTFs • Producing flowcharts, Gantt charts, PERT charts, and data analysis reports • Develop, update, and maintain DHA Facility Database records across sites • Assess facility equipment condition, performance, and remaining service life in support of DHA capital planning • Review all data entries with government personnel before final submission • Assist in data alignment for new construction, repair, and alteration projects • Provide recommendations for the DHA Facility Database Implementation Plan following system testing • Coordinate directly with DHA, MTF Facility Managers, and on-site Data Specialists • Produce written trip reports within 5 business days of site visits • Assist DHA HQ and AOR personnel in researching solutions to facilities management issues
