Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or closely related People/HR work
- Demonstrated ownership full-cycle recruiting and using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proven experience managing recruiting operations, including hiring workflows, documentation, compliance requirements, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience maintaining and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems and related recruiting tools
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Commitment to building people centered hiring practices
