Job Requirements
- BA or BS, Advanced Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in launch excellence, product launch, or project management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries
- Proven experience in product launch readiness and execution
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory environments
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in project management tools
