Regional Operations Manager

Bridgestone EMEA

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the PSV Operations Managers and tyre technicians. • Build strong relationships with Engineering Directors & Chief Engineers. • Ensure contractual compliance and profitability of accounts. • Maintain high focus on H&S for Bridgestone field operatives and customers workshops. • Control stock inventory and fleet parks impacting stock valuation reporting and fleet profitability. • Maintain relationships with senior & middle management in all PSV fleets. • Ensure smooth implementation of new contracts with support of line manager. • Ensure KPIs for direct reports are achieved in the region.

Understanding of medical insurance and medical terminology, coding, and standard medical billing practices. Microsoft word and excel experience preferred.
