Jenzabar is looking for a Software Developer to write, modify, and debug software for client applications. This position will work closely with the Product Development team, and report clearly and accurately to management. Perform engineering level tests to find defects, troubleshoot, test, and validate software issues; resolve issues with due urgency and maintain thorough documentation of all software solutions. Assist with research and development as well. Essential Tasks - Work closely and effectively with your team, management, and designers to build world class software applications - Translate design specifications to web or client applications that work well across multiple devices - Contribute to design and architecture of our platform to meet business requirements - Stay current on the latest web tools, client-side technologies, standards, and practices - Work with Quality Assurance to ensure delivery of high-quality software - Well versed in SQL and relational databases - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server required Additional Tasks - Assist other developers with questions; willing to help the team when asked - Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary - Conceive, experiment with, and present architectural approaches for software applications, including web, client, server, and others - Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product - Design new software applications - Provide technical consultancy, expertise and advice to the development team and management on matters of technical architecture and infrastructure developments, including their feasibility - Promote the re-use of code, components, and systems to ensure that these support the widest range of company products possible and are aligned with technical strategy - Ability and desire to both estimate tasks and meet deadlines, working effectively with minimal supervision in a team environment - Work as needed with the support team to help resolve difficult technical issues in our customer base - Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes when appropriate - Apply sound judgment and ethical standards when using AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human-in-the-loop oversight - Other duties as assigned Preferred Skills and Experience - Write C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PowerBuilder, or other programming languages - Experience in development of multi-tier applications and web applications using .Net framework-based OO technologies and techniques - Programming experience utilizing C# and ASP.Net is preferred - Experience developing cross-browser web applications using HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery - Knowledge of RWD techniques and “mobile first” concepts - Twitter Bootstrap CSS Framework, knowledge of Agile/iterative development processes and higher education experience are all pluses - Experience with PowerBuilder, VB6, and knowledge of administrative software The pay range for this position is $65,000-$80,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits. • Own and manage end-to-end release planning and execution across multiple teams and initiatives. • Build, maintain, and continuously update release plans, timelines, and integrated schedules. • Actively manage cross-team, upstream, and downstream dependencies that impact release delivery. • Own and govern changes to the release calendar, including impact assessment and stakeholder communication. • Perform due diligence on release milestones, tracking whether milestones are met, missed, or at risk. • Identify release risks early and drive mitigation plans in partnership with Product and Engineering leaders. • Facilitate release readiness activities, including scope confirmation, dependency validation, and go/no-go discussions. • Ensure alignment between roadmap commitments, delivery plans, and release schedules. • Communicate release status, risks, and changes to stakeholders outside of Product and Engineering, including Commercialization, Support, and Customer-facing teams. • Maintain accurate release documentation and artifacts in Jira and Confluence. • Leverage data and metrics to assess release performance, predictability, and delivery trends. • Support post-release reviews and retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities. • Partner with the Product and Engineering Operations team to improve release processes, tooling, and reporting. • Manage high priority initiatives as a project manager, including building project plans, tracking execution, managing risks and dependencies, and driving day today delivery in alignment with established release plans and processes. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to release planning, execution, and automation. • Execute the posting of approved releases to the Solution Marketplace and support customer access provisioning for paid solutions in coordination with Commercialization and Operations teams.

• Develop and maintain mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, responsive, and efficient according to specified requirements, and integrate them with the back-end layer; • Write high-quality code following established standards; • Ensure the quality of code and deliverables, keeping them aligned with technical and quality standards; • Produce source code that adheres to the conventions of the technologies used.

• Primary Interface for Pre-Award (CRM stages 1-4) requests. • Co-ordinate and lead responses to RFI questionnaires and RFPs received from customers, ensuring engagement and input from all key stakeholders. • Ensure high-quality and professional documents and budgets are provided to our customers. • Ensure sufficient internal review of RFI responses, Proposals, Pricing to ensure they accurately reflect the request from the customer (avoiding overscoping and price inflation) • Liaise with ATS Strategic Pricing team for any strategic pricing requests (budget grids, rate cards, discounts) as necessary. • Ensure CRM is updated in a timely manner upon submission of RFI/Proposal to customer. • Ensure compliance with CRM BR process and provide support to team members, BDs as necessary. • Ensure all RFIs, Proposals, Price calculators are stored in Sharepoint in the correct format and naming convention. • Ensure any new RFI content is added to the Qvidian database in a timely manner for consideration for future RFIs. • Provide support and guidance to Contracts team, as necessary. • Perform all other duties, as assigned by the Leadership team.
