• You’ll work with one of our largest clients to help them get the most out of their people. • You’ll use your knowledge and experience to help the client transforming its learning practices. • With access to talented leaders, formal learning and a wide variety of practical experience, you’ll receive all the support you need to succeed. • Supporting client in their transformation journey with learning transformation efforts • Perform analyses of learning needs and redesign learning processes to ensure alignment with learning objectives and improve efficiency of resources used towards learning efforts • Improve the effectiveness of learning programs to more effectively achieve desired business outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in business, Commerce, Human Resources Management and/or other relevant disciplines
- Certificates in ACTA/ACLP 1.0 or 2.0 is preferred
- Prior experience in areas such as Learning business process redesign, learning science, curriculum design and learning analytics outcome would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to build valued relationships with stakeholders
- Passion to create a positive learning culture, to coach and develop team members and clients
- Good communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English.
