• Work end-to-end on mobile application development, from design through release and maintenance; • Lead technical decisions and contribute to defining the mobile architecture; • Design modular, scalable, and maintainable applications; • Manage state efficiently using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar solutions; • Consume and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs; • Ensure code quality through unit, widget, and integration tests; • Continuously work on application performance optimization; • Perform builds and manage the publishing process in the Android and iOS stores; • Implement and evolve native integrations when necessary; • Work with observability, using logs, metrics, crash reports, and analytics tools; • Monitor applications in production and lead incident resolution; • Participate in technical and functional refinements with the team; • Take part in Scrum ceremonies, such as planning, daily stand-ups, review, and retrospective; • Conduct code reviews and mentor less experienced developers; • Actively collaborate with Backend, QA, UX, DevOps, and SRE teams.

• Support the development of new mobile features using Flutter, following technical guidance and standards defined by the team; • Implement screens, components and navigation flows using widgets and responsive layouts, ensuring good usability and adherence to the design; • Integrate the app with backend services by consuming REST APIs; • Work on bug fixes, code adjustments and implementation of minor improvements, contributing to the application’s stability; • Participate in the team’s agile ceremonies, such as dailies, plannings and reviews, collaborating on activity alignment; • Assist in writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability; • Take part in code reviews, receive feedback and make necessary adjustments for technical growth; • Actively collaborate with the development team, sharing knowledge and pursuing continuous learning
