Summer Intern, Learning & Development

• Assist with data cleanup, organization, validation, and basic analysis. • Review files, reports, spreadsheets, or system information to identify inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement. • Help create simple documentation, job aids, or training materials related to Microsoft Teams features and best practices. • Support training or communication efforts to help employees better understand and use Microsoft Teams. • Research AI tools, trends, and practical business use cases. • Assist with AI testing, including documenting results, observations, risks, and recommendations. • Help organize AI use cases for review by leadership. • Support basic project coordination, including tracking tasks, updating status documents, and preparing summaries. • Work with the People and Learning team on other learning, communication, or process improvement projects as needed.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
