Salesforce Data Cloud Solution Architect

• Lead discovery & architecture of customer data strategies, ensuring alignment between business goals, data models, and AI-driven use cases • Assess existing data ecosystems, including legacy data warehouses, cloud platforms, and integrations, to define the optimal Data Cloud architecture and migration strategy • Design scalable and secure data architectures on Salesforce Data Cloud—defining DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution strategies, and real-time data activation patterns • Develop enterprise-level solution blueprints, integration frameworks, and reference architectures that align with Salesforce and NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture best practices • Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, architects, product managers, and Salesforce technical teams to ensure seamless delivery • Serve as a trusted advisor to both customers and Salesforce teams—demonstrating how Data Cloud unlocks value across Service, Marketing, and AgentForce use cases • Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems using real-time and batch patterns • Own pre-sales architecture in partnership with account executives—build solution demos, estimates, and presentations that articulate the business value of Data Cloud • Evangelize the Salesforce Data Cloud vision, including modern data activation, zero-copy architecture, and industry-specific applications • Explore and implement emerging AI capabilities, including GPT & LLM-driven use cases powered by unified customer data
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience in technology consulting, data strategy, or enterprise architecture
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Salesforce ecosystems with deep understanding of Data Cloud, including DLO/DMO design, ingestion, and activation
- Proven track record leading end-to-end data architecture and implementation—from discovery and design through deployment and enablement
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, governance, and segmentation
- Understanding of MuleSoft, API design, and integration patterns
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or data frameworks (pandas, Spark, DataFrames) is a plus
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or Architect certifications preferred
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, capable of translating complex data concepts into clear business value.
