Manager, Benefits Operations

Remote

• Hire, lead, coach, support a high-performance operational team • Deliver superior value to Remote's employees and clients • Guarantee no revenue leakage in recharging Benefits to our Clients • Improve & optimise on an on-going basis processes, workflows and tools • Serve as a subject matter expert on Benefits • Identify automation opportunities in existing workflows together with Product • Ensure Remote's service delivery is fully compliant together with Legal • Collaborate effectively and efficiently with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering • Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives • Be able to go from “scout to scale” and actually start things up • Be an internal and external champion of Remote's values and Benefits team's goals

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of working experience
  • HR generalist experience and Benefits specific experience across multiple countries
  • operational experience across multiple roles
  • managed small or medium teams directly reporting to you
  • customer-oriented approach, with a pragmatic personality
  • passionate about accomplishing goals and ensuring quality
  • passionate about team-work and developing people
  • able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment
  • write and speak fluent English
  • solid startup experience (nice to have)
  • speak multiple languages (nice to have)
  • previous experience in working remotely (nice to have)
