• Support full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers • Assist with talent mapping and pipeline building for future hiring needs • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related social media activity • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey • Help maintain ATS accuracy and recruitment workflow organisation • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and People Operations on hiring activities • Support interview feedback collection and recruitment reporting where required
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, customer-facing, or administrative roles is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop within recruitment
- Confidence using LinkedIn, Slack, Google Workspace, and general online tools
- Interest in recruitment, people operations, employer branding, or iGaming industries
- Ability to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently

About the role The Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager role will help lead a scaling affiliate marketing channel. Role Description The Department of Neurology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, in collaboration with the University of Maryland Medical System, is seeking a Tele-Neurologist to provide consultative coverage for Shore Regional Health on Maryland’s Eastern Shore (Easton, MD). This is a fully remote, work-from-home position offering a unique opportunity to support rural health while maintaining excellent work-life balance. Position Highlights: - Provide general neurology consults via telemedicine - Coverage hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with overnight consultative calls handled telephonically - No in-house responsibilities - No acute stroke or neurocritical care coverage required - Supported by advanced practice providers (APPs) who assist with consult coordination, follow-up care, and discharge planning - Daily workflow includes morning tele-rounds followed by consult coverage throughout the day - Schedule: 26 weeks per year - This position offers a volunteer faculty appointment at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Department of Neurology. Performs professional duties and technical procedures of the particular area of specialty to provide examination and treatment of patients. Orders and analyzes appropriate tests and procedures to provide information on patient’s condition; and other duties as assigned.
