Executive Partner, CPO

• serve as a trusted advisor to CPOs from Global 1000 organizations and government agencies • engage with clients to identify mission critical priorities and key initiatives • manage a portfolio of senior executive client relationships • participate in all phases of the client lifecycle: pre-sale, on-boarding, relationship management, delivery, review, and renewal • support client retention and contribute to growth in the product/region through direct support of Gartner Sales • support research activities, facilitating client participation in research studies or case panels • define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing client needs • collaborate with clients to improve their levels of procurement maturity • critique client strategies and assist in developing Procurement strategies
Job Requirements
- university graduate (Masters preferred)
- 10+ years’ experience in a senior management role, as a CPO, typically at SVP or EVP capacity, or 5+ years in another Procurement Executive role
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work with C level executives
- strong EQ and reflective listening skills
- in-depth understanding of Procurement industry and the role of the CPO
- critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- superior verbal and written communication skills
- strong facilitation and presentation skills
- energetic, sales savvy
