• Design, build, and maintain core components of our 3D viewer in TypeScript, Angular, and Three.js for use in modern browsers. • Integrate and visualize large 3D datasets (e.g., point clouds, 3D Tiles, Gaussian splats, BIM models) as cohesive, performant scenes. • Lead technical design for significant 3D features, breaking down ambiguous problems into clear, executable plans and driving them through to production. • Profile and optimize rendering, loading, and interaction performance for complex scenes running on a range of devices and networks. • Apply strong testing discipline (unit, integration, performance) using tools like Vitest and Playwright to keep regressions low and delivery cadence high. • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate iteration while maintaining high standards for code clarity, correctness, and maintainability. • Contribute to shared engineering standards, documentation, and code reviews, helping level up 3D and front-end practices across the team.

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications, working on both frontend and backend with a focus on scalability, security, and usability; • Design, document, and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient integration with internal and external systems; • Build responsive websites and applications compatible with multiple browsers and devices; • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing systems to ensure proper operation; • Follow best practices for code versioning in GitHub repositories, including strategies like Git Flow and GitHub Flow; • Document technical solutions, development processes, and architectural decisions to ensure alignment and traceability.

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for Pantheon’s internal developer platform, including self-service tooling, CI/CD infrastructure, and developer enablement programs that reduce friction across the engineering organization. • Architect, build, and evolve core developer experience systems — including internal developer portals, standardized service templates, observability tooling, and AI-assisted development workflows. • Define and own Pantheon’s developer productivity metrics strategy — selecting and evolving frameworks (DORA, SPACE) to measure engineering effectiveness, and translating insights into clear recommendations for engineering leadership. • Partner with engineering teams to identify high-friction areas in the software delivery lifecycle and design iterative, high-impact solutions that measurably improve developer flow and satisfaction. • Lead adoption of AI-powered developer tooling across the engineering organization — evaluating tools, establishing standards, measuring impact, and driving cultural change toward AI-first workflows. • Provide technical leadership across the engineering organization — setting direction, reviewing designs, and raising the bar for quality, reliability, and developer experience. • Mentor and coach engineers at all levels, providing technical guidance and growing engineering talent across the broader organization. • Contribute to an engineering-wide culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and developer empathy.

• Design, develop, and maintain reliable, production-grade code across frontend, backend, and data layers, implementing software solutions that meet clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements • Deploy and operate services in a cloud environment (AWS preferred) and contribute to architecture and design reviews with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security • Debug and resolve production issues across distributed and asynchronous workflows; diagnose performance bottlenecks; and own incident response, including root cause analysis and durable fixes that prevent recurrence • Collaborate with QA, Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Product, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into validated releases • Design APIs and data models that preserve audit trails, version history, and system traceability; and improve system observability through structured logging, monitoring, and alerting • Uphold high standards for data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across all systems
