Role Description As a Talent Partner, you will: - Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts, supporting high-volume operations hiring while partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract and hire talent aligned to Revecore’s business goals. - Focus on building strong talent pipelines, shaping effective hiring strategies, and continuously improving recruiting outcomes through data, insights, and process optimization in a fast-paced environment. The Role: - Owns full-cycle recruiting for high-volume operations roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. - Develops and executes scalable sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality candidate slates. - Builds and manages talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs. - Develops and executes sourcing strategies to attract talent aligned with business goals and culture. - Uses data, market insights, and AI tools to identify talent pools and improve hiring outcomes. Qualifications - More than 7 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter. - Demonstrated success managing high-volume or cohort hiring, coordinating sourcing, interviews, and offers to support large hiring waves. - Proven ability to proactively solve recruiting challenges and deliver on hiring goals. - Experience leveraging AI tools in recruiting, with a strong interest in advancing their use to drive efficiency and results. • Keep the founders focused on the highest-leverage work. Own end-to-end calendar management for three co-founders, each with a distinct operating rhythm. Exercise independent judgment on prioritization, conflicts, and time protection. • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Triage founder communications, route cross-functional requests, and maintain systems for tracking commitments, action items, and follow-ups. Know when to handle, route, or escalate without being told. • Set founders up to walk into every room prepared. Own prep for board meetings, investor conversations, offsites, and leadership events end to end. Agendas, materials, briefing context, logistics. • Manage key relationships and correspondence on behalf of the founding team. Outreach, thank-you notes, proactive contact management. • Build and refine your own workflows using AI. You'll join a team running on AI tools daily. We expect you to use AI to accelerate your work and continuously raise your own bar.
