• Design, develop, and maintain scalable C#/.NET microservices and front-end features using Angular. • Build and integrate RESTful APIs, optimize SQL Server performance, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code. • Architect and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, including EKS, following best practices for scalability and security. • Lead technical discussions, influence architecture decisions, and propose pragmatic solutions balancing speed and quality. • Implement automated testing, CI/CD workflows, and troubleshoot complex production issues with root cause analysis. • Mentor team members, provide technical leadership, and promote best practices across projects. • Document designs, decisions, and operational runbooks for clarity and continuity. • Champion adoption of AI coding assistance tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) to improve team efficiency. • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule. • Participate actively in Agile or SAFe development processes and continuously evaluate new technologies to improve workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Advanced proficiency in C#/.NET microservices and Angular (modern versions).
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including EKS, and cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with Git-based CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment workflows.
- Strong experience with SQL Server and database optimization.
- Proven ability to set priorities, communicate clearly, and drive technical outcomes.
- Experience leading adoption or usage of AI coding assistance tools (e.g., leading adoption, training teams, optimizing workflows with AI tools).
- Experience with .NET MAUI application development is a plus.
- Proven track record of mentoring team members and leading technical initiatives.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, compliance-driven industries).
