• We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to help build, lead and scale Aperture’s performance creative engine. • Turn customer insight, platform data, creative trends and performance learnings into high-performing ad concepts that can be tested, iterated and scaled. • Work closely with the performance team, growth managers, product and funnel owners, creators and production teams, and clients. • Build and run structured creative tests with clear hypotheses. • Ensure creative never bottlenecks growth and maintain high creative velocity across accounts. • Use AI to speed up research, ideation and iteration.
Job Requirements
- Experience working with creators, UGC, or content pipelines at scale.
- Proven experience in performance-led creative, paid social, or growth strategy.
- Actively using AI tools in your workflow across research, ideation or production.
- Comfort working directly with performance data and using it to inform creative decisions.
- Experience in apps, subscriptions, DTC or performance-driven environments is a strong plus.
- Strong track record of developing concepts that drove measurable results, not just engagement.
- Deep understanding of short-form, social-native content across TikTok, Meta, Reels and similar platforms.

• Join Pearmill's creative team and help come up with ideas for ads that run on social media • Think up copy, visuals, and video concepts designed to stop the scroll • Use AI to research, brainstorm, build concepts, and bring ideas to life • Analyze performance data to drive creative decisions • Collaborate with Creative Strategists, designers, and motion artists • Participate in client calls and gradually contribute to presentations
• Own the day-to-day creative thinking on multiple accounts • Concept, script, and build creative frameworks for client accounts • Develop hooks, ideas, and test concepts grounded in performance data • Conduct asset-level creative analysis and monitor key creative metrics • Own a structured testing methodology to define hypotheses and success criteria • Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and motion artists • Communicate directly with clients • Conduct audience research and competitive intelligence
• Own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) • Lead creative ideation, testing frameworks, and iteration cycles for performance marketing • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and media buyers to deliver high-converting creatives • Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable creative improvements • Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to inform campaign direction • Develop creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and scalable campaign concepts • Drive continuous optimization of ad creatives to improve CTR, CPA, and ROI • Mentor junior creatives or provide direction where needed
