• Own day-to-day client communication across assigned accounts • Lead client calls, updates, and check-ins with confidence and commercial context • Translate client goals into clear briefs, timelines, and action plans - with an eye on feasibility and margin • Act as the alignment point between client expectations and campaign delivery • Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, production, UGC) - driving accountability, not just chasing progress • Manage quality control across all deliverables • Provide clients with a clear, confident narrative around performance and commercials • Sign off on strategy before it reaches the client, ensuring commercial and delivery feasibility is validated • Flag risks early with a recommended course of action or solution • Protect account health - balancing client satisfaction, retention, and agency profitability
Job Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in account management, client services or project coordination (agency preferred)
- Exposure to UGC, social-first creative or performance marketing
- Strong communication skills — clear, calm, and confident with clients and internally
- Commercial awareness — you understand that great outcomes need to be profitable ones
- Organised and process-driven, comfortable managing multiple accounts without losing grip on the details
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn how performance creative drives growth
- Familiarity with Meta & TikTok ecosystems (conceptually, not buying)
- A proactive, decision-led mindset — you move with intent, not just instruction
